Extentia, a leading software development company, celebrated its 24th anniversary on April 15, 2023. The event was held at the Poona Club Amphitheatre in Pune, and it brought together clients, partners, friends, and Extentians from across the country and world. The theme for the evening was ‘The Perfect Blend,’ and guests arrived dressed in fusion attire in line with the theme. Everyone came together to celebrate Extentia’s achievements over the past 24 years and to look forward to a bright future.
The event was a resounding success, with guests enjoying a wide range of entertainment. It was a night of celebration, with each of Extentia’s six houses putting on wonderful and distinct performances. We also extended our appreciation by felicitating our maushis and admin team, who work tirelessly behind the scenes. There was a performance by the common house as well, where Extentians from different departments danced to a mix of catchy Bollywood chartbusters.
Infinite won the trophy for best performance’, as they had everyone in splits with their humorous and scary act. They were followed by Constant Variables and Spartans. The evening wrapped up with the highly anticipated award ceremony for the Extentia Premier League (XPL). XPL is our inter-house competition that goes on all year, where all the houses compete fiercely in activities such as sports, art, singing, and quizzes. Spartans won the coveted XPL trophy, and Infinite secured the runner-up position.
As part of its commitment to social outreach, Extentia supports a Sakaar cause each year through a raffle fundraiser. This year, we partnered with VOSD — ‘Voice of Stray Dogs’, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and providing care for abandoned and injured dogs and cats. All proceeds from the initiative will go towards sponsoring the boarding and medical expenses of our furry friends.
